Founded by Pamela Armstrong in 2013, Insight & Clarity Consultingemerged from her realisation that change, wellbeing, leadership and career enhancement was often a result of luck rather than effective management. Determined to take control of one's own destiny, she embarked on a journey to create a consulting business that empowers organisations and individuals to shape their own success. With over 20 years of leadership experience across corporate, government, education, health, and finance sectors, Pamela blends business acumen with psychological expertise. A registered workplace psychologist with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, she partners with organisations to deliver evidence based positive psychology solutions to every stage of the employee lifecycle.
With a career change into coaching and workplace psychology she has developed her person centric and psychodynamic approach to uncover the motivations behind behaviour, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. From psychosocial safety to leadership agility, career transitions to executive coaching, we provide evidence-based interventions that empower individuals and teams to unlock potential and navigate change with clarity and purpose.
